本日23日は誕生日です。50歳になったわけなんですが、長生きの家系なので私の代では100歳いくんじゃないかとおもってて「やっと半分か」言う気持ち。健康に気を付けて福祉を圧迫しないように生きます。

Today, the 23rd, is my birthday. I’ve just turned 50, but since I come from a long-lived family, I honestly think I might make it to 100. So it feels more like, “Finally halfway there.” I’ll take care of my health and try not to put too much pressure on the welfare system as I go on living!

GWに渋谷でtimeleszの広告がたくさん出ていると聞いて行ってきました。おばちゃんですが、「老若男女のファンがいることは人気のバロメーター！」と自分を奮い立たせていきました。子どもからご年配まで幅広いファンがいました！売れてそう!

GWはウォーキングしてゴールの公園でビールを飲んで、努力を無に帰すという高度な修行をしてました。精神的には満足です。

During Golden Week, I went on walks and treated myself to a beer at the park when I reached my goal—an advanced form of training that cancels out the effort. But hey, my soul feels satisfied.

お花見のあとにハシゴ酒して翌朝、小指がめっちゃ腫れてて病院にいったらマレット骨折でした。年甲斐もなくはしゃぐのもうやめよ・・・。

After a cherry blossom party, I went bar-hopping, and the next morning my pinky was super swollen. I went to the hospital and found out it was a mallet fracture. I really need to stop getting carried away like a kid…

I was watching the Tver-exclusive Ame Talk, and Kenkoba said, “Cold fries are colder than the room temperature,” and I totally felt that. Like… what is that? Some kind of evaporation thing?
