トーノーのじゃり豆シリーズにはまってます。濃厚チーズも美味しいけどイチオシはコーヒー味！小袋入りなので「１袋だけ・・・」と食べ始めていつのまにか全部食べてたりしするんだな～

猫にもレム睡眠、ノンレム睡眠があるみたいで、猫が寝ていると体勢や瞼の動きで観察してます。特にレム睡眠のときは睡眠を阻害しないようにしようっと。
