ほりにしでケンタッキーフライドチキン風の唐揚げを再現できると知り、試してみました。ころもの味は結構再現できてると思います。ほりにし初めて使いましたが、便利すぎる。

I found out that I could recreate KFC-style fried chicken using Horinishi spice, so I tried it out. I think I managed to replicate the flavor of the coating quite well. It was my first time using Horinishi, and it’s incredibly versatile.
