24日の丑の日は今回こそ鰻屋で鰻食べながら、日本酒を飲もうと思ってたけど、鰻屋が空いている時間に仕事が終わらず、冷凍うどんを温めて食べた。「う」がつくからいいのだ！
On the 24th, which is the Midsummer Day of the Ox, I planned to eat eel at an eel restaurant and drink sake, but I couldn’t finish work in time to go while the restaurant was open. Instead, I warmed up a frozen udon and ate that. Udon also starts with ‘u’, so it works too!
